Why we built this

Built by hosts, for hosts

We’re Sanjeet and Vijayta, and we host on Airbnb in Fiji. We used to copy-paste the same long check-in message to every guest, swapping in names and door codes by hand. Guests skimmed it, then asked us things we’d already sent, and we’d forget to pass on the local spots we love. Then a guest’s review said we hadn’t communicated enough to make their stay special.

That one stung. So we built the guidebook we wished we’d had: a warm welcome in our own words, with everything else in one link we can update the day a new café opens.
